		<description>Hi Ramin, yes we have found that CRM 7 SP5 or 6 break this enhancement. You can still use it, but it needs a work-around.
Whether it should be used? I don&#039;t know, it seems as if SAP introduced new code that makes an assumption that this will only be used in the normal business transaction search and not in the Agent Inbox, so it might be risky in future.

I will try to get hold of the work-around and provide the solution here.
